You do it on the device with the paypal dongle. It asks you for your account, your password, then charges you. But if you have a credit card on hand, it's just easier to swipe it than to go through that extra step. Paying with paypal is really only useful if you have a balance with Paypal, or forgot...

The thing I don't get with bitcoins is say you pay today with $25 worth of bitcoins, but then tomorrow they're suddenly $10, or $30, or whatever....

They reduced some of the mods allowed in the new class It'll be a staged rollout. In 2014 there will be Street-S which is the new rules and Street-R with the old rules (full national classes) In 2015 Street-R disappears, except for the SS version.
